Like Whoa

Is she cool or what? I have to confess that I spent like RM15 on just buying an issue of Teen Vogue because of her fabulous rock chic self totally oozes out of the front cover (and partly of the shocking blonde hair that reminds me of dear old Agyness). I've never watch Gossip Girl but I've read the first book so I don't really know how her character, Jenny, had developed. Anyone cares to enlighten me? But mannn, you gotta love her hair and the personality she projected on the page.
